Terms Of Service
•I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
•You can NOT trace, copy, claim, use my art without my written permission.
•You are expected to notify me if you wish to cancel the commission or add something to the commission.

 

•If you change the design of the character after the commission is given to you I will NOT correct the commission.
 

​• You may ask for WIP (work in progress) of the commission once it is started, but please try to wait at least a week. 
 

•You MUST credit me for the artwork.
 

•Any rejected custom designs will be sold by me at a later date.
 

•After 2 custom designs have been rejected you WILL be refunded 50% and the designs WILL be sold.

•Once a custom design has been rejected by the buyer the custom design will belong to me and no longer able to be used by the buyer.

 

•Do not sell my design for more than what you bought it for, you will be blacklisted from further adopts.

 

•Extreme changes to adopts are not allowed.

Payment
​•Payments will only be accepted through PayPal in USD, or points on DA.
•I will not do payment plans for anything under 100$usd.
•I request that you pay up-front before I start the commission.
​•Payment must be done within 24 hours upon placing the order; If you are busy and can't pay within the time limit, contact me and we can discuss it.
​•Refunds will only be given back at 50% of what the price of the commission or custom design was.
